A Love Letter to my Favourite Authors
I loved reading growing up. A lot of the books I read left an impact on me, and I've been lucky to find a handful of people in my life who read some of the same books I did. I want to high-light a few of the stand-out books that come to mind.
This isn't intended to be a "hidden gems" list. It's also not a list of books exclusive to things I read in my childhood. Just books that hit me in a similar way.
- Anne Mccaffrey - Dragon Riders of Pern
- Brian Jacques - Redwall
- Cornelia Funke - Inkheart, Dragon Rider, The Thief Lord
- J.R.R Tolkien - The Hobbit
- Harper Lee - To Kill a Mockingbird
- Markus Zusak - The Book Thief
- Ray Bradbury - Something Wicked this Way Comes
- Douglas Adams - Last Chance to See
